CHIA OATS WITH FRUITS

A fast breakfast can still be healthy. Start your morning off right with this easy and super healthy recipe.
“Chia oats with fruits”
Ingredients –
1/3 cup Plain oats
1/2 tbsp Chia seeds
2 tsp honey / jaggery / sugar
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 Cup Chopped fruits (sapota/ banana/mango/apple or any seasonal fruit)
1 tbsp Chopped dry fruits
Method –
1. Take 1/3 cup oats in a bowl/glass.
2. Add 2 tsp honey / jaggery / sugar. You can also avoid using any of these options.
3. Add 1/2 cup milk.
4. Stir and mix well.
5. Now add 1/2 tbsp chia seeds.
6. Cover and keep for 1/2 an hour.
7. Top it up with Chopped fruits and dry fruits.
Enjoy a hearty glass of good health.
